December’s Inspiration: Wintery Joy

I put together this month's “Beauty in Bloom” inspiration for you to enjoy! I invite you to find a quiet moment to yourself. Light a candle, make a cup of something warm or pour yourself a nice glass of wine and soak it all in.💞

The Earthing Movie is a documentary that reveals the scientific phenomenon of how we can heal our bodies by doing the simplest thing that a person can do ~ stand barefoot on the earth. I've been thinking so much about the healing powers of our earth and how we've become so disconnected with it.

I've been enjoying cooking a bit more this winter and love Panera Bread's tomato soup. This recipe uses Marzano tomatoes which make all the difference. I used oat creamer instead of half and half and it came out great!

There is so much to love about Jonna Jinton and I'm kind of obsessed with her kind spirit and how she celebrates nature and the changing of the seasons so beautifully. She has helped this summertime gal appreciate winter. I featured one of her videos about living with the Dark Winters in Sweden but you may find yourself going down the rabbit hole of watching all her videos like me.

So much of my garden was created with the intention of benefiting the birds. I've learned a lot about how to help them during the winter and thought this video gave a good overview if you should feel inspired to help the little birdies.

I hope you enjoyed this month’s “Beauty in Bloom”

Let me know in the comments if you connected with anything and please feel free to share what’s inspiring you! :)
